LEO Flight Revolutionizes the Future of Personal Air Mobility at CES 2025

LEO Flight Corporation, a pioneer in electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) flying vehicles, has dazzled at CES 2025 with the virtual presentation of its innovative LEO Solo, a single-seat recreational vehicle designed to democratize personal flight. This milestone is backed by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), highlighting the state’s commitment to innovation and the future of mobility.

The LEO Solo, which debuted virtually at CES 2025, redefines personal air mobility. Designed as a single-seat recreational eVTOL vehicle, it complies with the ultralight regulations of FAA Part 103, allowing users to enjoy flight without the need for a pilot’s license. This advancement makes the flying experience accessible to aviation enthusiasts.

Its key features include accessibility, as it does not require a pilot’s license, and a planned production by the end of 2025. Additionally, it is focused on recreational use, ideal for personal adventures, and boasts an electric propulsion system awarded by NASA.

On the other hand, the LEO Coupe, the company’s flagship, represents the next step in daily mobility. This luxury two-seat vehicle combines premium features with the ability to travel at high speeds between cities. Coupe certification will be managed under the new FAA MOSAIC guidelines, which will require only 20 hours of flight to obtain a pilot’s license.

Visitors to booth 61261 at the Venetian Expo, Hall G, at CES 2025, will be able to immerse themselves in a virtual reality experience guided by LEO Flight founders, Pete Bitar and Carlos Salaff. This interactive demonstration will allow exploring the capabilities and futuristic design of the LEO Solo and the LEO Coupe, highlighting the company’s commitment to technological innovation.

LEO Flight is seeking to accelerate LEO Coupe development by attracting new funding. Accredited investors will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with the founders to contribute to the advancement of personal air mobility.

LEO Flight expressed gratitude for the support of the IEDC in its mission to revolutionize personal mobility. “Our partnership with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation has been essential in bringing to life our vision of a future where flying is a part of everyday life,” stated Pete Bitar, co-founder of LEO Flight.

Founded in 2021 by Pete Bitar and Carlos Salaff, LEO Flight focuses on making the vision of compact personal flying cars a reality. With expertise in automotive and aeronautical design, backed by entities such as Mazda Motor Corporation and the United States Army, LEO Flight combines science fiction and advanced technology. Its electric propulsion system, supported by DARPA, won the NASA HeroX award in 2021, solidifying LEO Flight as a leader in aeronautical innovation.
