The implementation of Metacognition has expanded to over 80 schools in the group worldwide, yielding positive results; a survey of over 24,000 students across 17 countries revealed that 58% feel this methodology enhances their thinking, while 55% believe it provides them with tools for success beyond the classroom.
Dr. Jennifer Barnett, Secondary Principal at ICS and project leader, emphasizes that fostering reflection in learning is not just an extra, but a critical need to prepare students for contemporary challenges.
