Neuroentrepreneurship: A Key to Empowering Female Business Success

Female entrepreneurship in Spain is setting a significantly different pace than the European average. According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) report, in the Iberian country there are nine female entrepreneurs for every ten men, while in the European context the average is six women for every ten men. This phenomenon highlights both the increasing involvement of women in the business world and the particular challenges they face.

In this context, Growuptogether is born, an innovative project led by Cristina Amor that seeks to support women entrepreneurs through a pioneering methodology known as neuro-entrepreneurship. This innovative strategy combines principles of neuroscience with business management techniques, with the aim of improving the performance and success of women entrepreneurs.

Cristina Amor, who has over twenty years of experience in the legal and fiscal field, has closely observed the uncertainties and the need for clarity that plague the business world. Her initiative, Growuptogether, aims to accompany women on their business journey, helping them establish clear objectives and providing them with a support network so they do not travel this path alone.

Since its launch in 2019, Growuptogether has offered mentoring and training programs designed under the 4C model. These programs aim to facilitate women entrepreneurs in understanding their mental patterns, overcoming cognitive barriers, improving their productivity, and fostering a mindset oriented towards personal and professional growth. The approach is based on a deep understanding of human behavior and is based on the use of practical tools that allow entrepreneurs to genuinely connect with their target audience and develop effective business strategies.

Neuro-entrepreneurship, the core of the Growuptogether project, aims to give greater control to the rational part of the brain, thus promoting more accurate decisions and constant resilience. Cristina Amor Mancebo emphasizes that “the brain is a powerful tool for overcoming obstacles and achieving business success,” reiterating her confidence in the transformative capacity of women entrepreneurs.

Leveraging her extensive experience in legal firms and her constant dedication to learning in disciplines such as emotional intelligence and neuroscience, Cristina Amor has built a project that not only supports women in their business paths, but also fosters a community where they find strength through unity and collaboration. This commitment to a more equitable personal and professional development represents a significant advancement towards a more inclusive and fair business environment.
