The company NX Technologies has solidified its leadership position in the Dutch electric vehicles market thanks to its innovative electric inverter, an essential component in the electrification of cars and boats. The firm has formed strategic alliances with key players in the sector, such as The Landrovers and Lumen Yachts, allowing it to expand in a highly competitive environment.
NX Technologies’ electric inverter stands out for its efficiency, lightness, and low cost, which have positioned it favorably against its competitors. This device optimizes the performance and safety of electric motors, and is compact, making it easy to integrate into a wide variety of vehicles.
In collaboration with The Landrovers, NX Technologies has worked on the electrification of the classic Land Rover Defender, an off-road vehicle that is now presented as a sustainable option that does not sacrifice its traditional robustness. The electrified model, known as the Pantera Ibiza Defender, has successfully passed the demanding tests of the Dutch transport authority RDW, certifying its suitability for road use.
Likewise, the partnership with Lumen Yachts has allowed NX Technologies to contribute to the development of luxury electric yachts, offering quieter and more efficient navigation. NX’s inverter has improved power and the navigation experience without compromising comfort, while also supporting sustainability.
Furthermore, NX Technologies has expanded its presence in Europe through a new alliance with Dutch Electro Power, a player with over 30 years of experience that is using NX inverters to facilitate the electrification of short and medium series vehicles, providing advanced solutions to its customers.
Mikel Peral, CEO of NX Technologies, highlights that these partnerships have solidified the company’s position as a key player in vehicle electrification in the Netherlands, a market constantly seeking sustainable solutions. The company, which started as EPowerlabs in 2020, has evolved significantly to meet the growing market demands, transforming into NX Technologies, a brand focused on power electronics products.
With a growing team of 25 people, NX Technologies continues to grow and develop new opportunities, while EPowerlabs continues to lead in testing and homologation services. This comprehensive approach allows both companies to offer complete solutions to their customers on the path to electric mobility.
