Pepita Burger Bar increases its revenue by 7% in the first half of the year.

The chain boosts its sales to nearly 8 million euros in this period of the year. La Pepita Burger Bar, a Galician chain specialized in premium burgers, increases its revenue by 7% in the first semester, according to comparative data from the previous year, which has led them to nearly reach 8 million euros. This result confirms the good performance of the company and its effort to maintain its positioning in one of the most competitive areas of the hospitality industry, that of burger bars.

Undoubtedly, the change in the menu has been key to this growth. The variety, quality of ingredients, and the addition of smash burgers to the chain’s offerings have reinforced the loyalty of the audience that chooses La Pepita. Nearly 500,000 customers have visited their restaurants so far this year, contributing to this increase in sales.

In the midst of an expansion process, the chain expects to expand its network after summer with new openings, aiming to strengthen its national presence, mainly in Aragon, Asturias, Galicia, and the Basque Country. Based on the expansion strategy set by the management, their intention is to do so through local partners interested in joining the chain and benefitting from the global support offered to each of its associates, under a business model that places them among the top Spanish chains in their sector.
