In an ambitious announcement during MWC 2025, realme has presented its three-year strategic plan, aiming to double its user base worldwide and achieve over 10 million annual sales in Europe. Chase Xu, Vice President and CMO of the company, emphasized that this commitment is based on innovation and empowering the younger generation.
The new realme 14 Pro series becomes the centerpiece of the brand’s portfolio, introducing the world’s first phone with cold-sensitive color-changing technology, as well as an innovative triple flash system aimed at improving night photography. The flagship model, realme 14 Pro+, features a 50MP main camera and a 6000 mAh battery, and will be available starting at €379 in an early offer.
In addition to the 14 Pro series, realme has outlined three flagship lines that will seek to establish themselves in the mid-to-high-end market: the GT Series, focused on performance and artificial intelligence; the Number Series, centered on advanced cameras; and the C Series, offering technology at affordable prices. Part of their strategy includes the forecast to launch 100 million smartphones equipped with artificial intelligence in the next three years.
Starting in 2025, the company plans to establish strategic partnerships with key players in the gaming world, such as Mobile Legends and Free Fire, in order to more effectively connect with their young audience. Collaborations with entertainment and luxury brands are also on the horizon, allowing them to further diversify their offerings.
Among the announced releases, the realme 14x 5G stands out, designed to withstand extreme conditions, as well as the new Buds Air7 headphones, which incorporate active noise cancellation technology and offer an impressive autonomy of up to 52 hours.
An innovative aspect of the event was the presentation of a prototype of interchangeable lenses, which allow DSLR lenses to be attached to smartphones, opening up a new horizon for mobile photography. Tools in development under the NEXT AI initiative, such as the AI Voice-based Retoucher and the AI Video Eraser, promise to simplify creativity for users through voice commands and the removal of unwanted objects in videos.
With this clear roadmap, realme positions itself as a key player in the mobile technology sector, aiming not only to increase its presence in the market, but also to transform the user experience through constant innovation.
