Samsung revolutionizes home art with the new Art Basel Hong Kong Collection.

Samsung Electronics has announced the expansion of its digital art platform, Samsung Art Store, with the addition of 23 selected masterpieces from galleries participating in Art Basel Hong Kong 2025. This collection will be available in 4K quality for subscribers starting today, allowing art lovers to enjoy these works from the comfort of their homes. The fair, to be held from March 28th to 30th, 2025 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, will feature a variety of contemporary art pieces, including highlights from artists such as Zhu Jinshi and Ticko Liu.

Samsung Art Store, a platform created exclusively for Samsung TVs, hosts over 3,000 works from world-renowned museums and artists. The inclusion of this new collection promises an accessible and high-quality artistic experience, allowing subscribers to explore carefully selected works from the galleries present at Art Basel. Bongjun Ko, Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ Visual Display business, highlighted the importance of this initiative, emphasizing how technology can facilitate access to contemporary art.

In addition to this collaboration, Samsung will present an interactive lounge titled ArtCube during the fair, where attendees can experience how their TVs redefine the digital art experience. Under the motto “No Boundaries, Immerse Yourself in Art,” the space will include panel discussions with influential figures in the art world, such as Hayley Romer from Art Basel and artist Marc Dennis.

The company plans to expand its partnership with Art Basel by introducing exclusive collections from the Basel and Paris fairs later this year, thus strengthening its leadership in the digital art field. The Art Basel Hong Kong collection will feature works from prominent international artists, offering art enthusiasts the opportunity to interact with an unparalleled selection of works from the comfort of their homes.
