Schneider Electric introduces five new certifications in its EcoXpert program for Data Centers and Critical Infrastructures.

Schneider Electric, a global leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation, has announced the launch of five new industrial certifications for data centers and critical infrastructures within its EcoXpert™ Partners Program. This program allows certified partners and customers of the company to access a global ecosystem of skill development and training in key competencies, designed to educate, support, and create collaboration opportunities. The new benefits respond to the growing demand for specialized training in critical infrastructures.

The enhanced certifications are designed to create a cross-expertise ecosystem that helps Schneider Electric channel partners become the preferred choice for their customers. These certifications focus on empowering partners to be trusted advisors in solutions for data centers and critical infrastructures, thus enhancing their market expertise and helping them increase profitability and grow their business.

The new certifications target partners involved in the design and construction of data centers, cooling and energy specialists, system integrators and process automation professionals, electrical and mechanical contractors, and service providers.

Marc Garner, Senior Vice President of Schneider Electric’s Secure Power division in Europe, stated: “The evolving partner program acknowledges the ongoing educational efforts of the EcoXpert program, and the launch of new certifications tailored for data center and critical infrastructure solutions reflects our commitment to our partner community, while underscoring our responsibility towards building a greener and safer future.”

Training for data center experts is crucial in the rapidly evolving field of data center technologies. Regular training and updates ensure that channel partners stay abreast of the latest advancements, enabling them to leverage new tools for the benefit of their customers.

Paul Almond, Director of Datacentre UK (DCUK), emphasized the importance of these certifications by stating that “the demand for data centers and critical infrastructures is experiencing unprecedented growth due to the acceleration in AI-based applications.” Almond expects this collaborative approach to deliver better solutions to the customer while maintaining the supplier-customer relationship. John Thompson, Managing Director of Advanced Power Technology (APT), added that “with developments in technology and AI advancements driving capacity expansion, it is crucial to partner with other individuals and other EcoXperts.”

The EcoXpert™ program offers various benefits such as online training, access to a comprehensive partner ecosystem, access to other leading Schneider Electric certifications, a personalized partner portal, and pre-sales technical support, among others. These benefits are designed to help channel partners stand out in the market and deliver high-quality services and solutions to their customers.

Schneider Electric continues to offer flexible and cost-effective training for many products and solutions. Courses are available in a variety of formats, including online, virtual, and classroom training, and can be explored in Schneider Electric’s learning communities.
