SiteMinder, the world’s leading platform in hotel revenue distribution and management, has taken a significant step with the launch of Dynamic Revenue Plus. This new solution allows hotels to access real-time market intelligence and make immediate decisions about their room inventory, pricing strategy, and marketing.

Dynamic Revenue Plus stands out as the only mobile-first solution that is accessible to any hotel, regardless of size. It leverages data managed by SiteMinder, including over 120 million hotel bookings worldwide annually. This data provides a comprehensive view of key source markets, enhancing revenue management precision and effectiveness.

The technology will be complemented by dynamic pricing recommendations from IDeaS, a leading company in revenue management software and services. This combination of forces will enable hotels, including those with fewer resources, to adopt a dynamic approach to revenue and marketing management, previously only available to hotels with specific resources.

With this solution, hotels can make mass updates to rates, sales restrictions, and marketing promotions quickly and effectively, both from mobile devices and computers. This contrasts with traditional and static practices, which are slower and less adaptable to market fluctuations.

Klaus Kohlmayr, Director of Development and Evangelism at IDeaS, has highlighted the commitment to democratizing revenue management and offering the advantages of dynamic pricing to all hotels worldwide. On the other hand, Leah Rankin, Director of Products at SiteMinder, has emphasized the unique ability of Dynamic Revenue Plus to enable hoteliers to make quick decisions based on detailed and updated market information.

Dynamic Revenue Plus will initially be launched in Australia and New Zealand, with global expansion planned for 2025. This new tool is expected to be a key pillar in SiteMinder’s Smart Platform strategy, marking an evolution in hotel revenue management.

The launch of this solution coincides with an increase in international tourism and the boom in the events industry, driving the global hotel economy. For example, in Spain, there has been an 8% increase in international arrivals and a 6% increase in the average daily hotel rate. Dynamic Revenue Plus will enable hotels to capitalize on these changes and maximize their revenue efficiency.
