Technology and sustainability are highlighted in the first anniversary of Mobius Group’s acquisition by Saretec.

Mobius Group celebrates its first anniversary with Saretec with a positive balance based on technological innovation, sustainability, and the beginning of its international expansion. In just one year, the company has exceeded the billing expectations of all its business units and is driving pioneering projects in claims management and digital assessment.

Mobius Group commemorates the first anniversary of its integration into the Saretec Group, establishing itself as a benchmark in the mobility sector. Throughout this year, the alliance has transformed its repair and claims management model, with a clear focus on innovation and sustainability.

“Sustainability and innovation commitment will lead us to excellence and will be Mobius’ great value for its customers,” emphasized Jean-Vincent Raymondis, CEO of Saretec.

Since the acquisition, Mobius and its business units – the PTRZ and Invarat assessment offices and the leading mechanical warranty company, GarantiPLUS – have experienced significant growth. The synergy with Saretec has strengthened Mobius’ operational and technological capabilities, optimizing customer service and improving fleet management for mobility operators.

The 2024-2025 Strategic Plan focuses on four pillars: innovation, customer commitment, sustainability, and talent attraction. As part of this plan, a significant investment was made in 2024 to improve technology and streamline processes, facilitating Mobius’ international expansion.

“Mobius has gone from being a local company to becoming a global player in the mobility sector,” stated Fernando Pérez Granero, CEO of Mobius Group.

In 2024, Saretec was awarded the ECOVADIS gold medal for its performance in Corporate Social Responsibility. It has also joined the United Nations Global Compact, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2030.

Mobius works to implement these policies in Spain, offering sustainable alternatives and reducing the carbon footprint of its operations. The deployment of these new policies will take place in Spain in 2025.

Saretec has established itself in France as a leading employer and is seeking the same for Mobius. The implementation of innovative training and career development policies is strengthening its ability to attract and retain talent in an automotive sector with a shortage of qualified professionals. In addition, the company has begun a process of integrating its business units to strengthen the common foundations on which to base Mobius Group’s growth and expansion.

Alain Guede, president of Mobius, reaffirmed the group’s commitment: “We are building a ‘unified Mobius,’ stronger and prepared to face the challenges of the future.”

Mobius closes this year with significant business opportunities and a strong commitment to technological innovation with high-value projects in claims management, assessments, and the services it provides to mobility operators, insurance companies, fleet companies, and dealerships.
