The one hundred global innovation leaders awarded by the Top Leaders ranking.

The Top Innovative Leaders Ranking is an initiative driven by the Business Market Network in collaboration with the Autonomous University of Chile and the Chamber of Commerce of Seville, which seeks to annually recognize the most innovative individuals in various fields throughout Ibero-America. For its 2024 edition, the Medellín City Hall and Ruta N have been highlighted with the Global Innovative Institution award for their strategy of promoting the startup and innovative ecosystem, positioning Medellín as a leader in connectivity and global leadership.

This ranking recognizes individuals in ten specific categories: Top 10 Innovative Leaders Latam, Top 10 Education Leaders, Top 10 Business Transformative Leaders, Top 10 Executive Transformative Leaders, Top 10 Startup Ecosystem Leaders, Top 10 Communicators Leaders, Top 10 Social Transformative Leaders, Top 10 Investors Leaders, Top 10 Social and Cultural Innovative Leaders, and Top 10 Professionals. The initiative stands out for its focus on generating synergies and cooperation among Spanish-speaking international leaders committed to transformative and innovative actions with economic impact.

In the Top 10 Innovative Leaders Latam category, Teodoro Ribera, Greyla Álvarez, Yohania de Armas, Laura Suárez, María Belén Mende, Carlos Ortega, Iván Jiménez, Alejandra Mustakis, Lavinia Mileti, and María Victoria Valencia have been awarded. Laura Suárez stands out as the youngest leader recognized for her work in Jaguars Startups and Talent Hub.

In the education category, among the awardees are the CEO of the European Open Educational Group, Jaime Medel, Claudia Cifuentes, Ricardo Carramiñana, María Saiz, Manuel Rincón, Alfonso Gutiérrez, Ramón Bullón, Roberto Passailaigue, Alejandro Nuñez, and Rosalía Castillo.

In the Transformative Leaders category, Marcel Medina, María González Manes, María Sanz de Galdeano, Juan Manuel Revuelta, Emilio de Ygartua, Johnatan Highlander, Thais María Gold, Javier Martínez, Astghik Zakhayran, and Juan Carlos Bugallo were awarded.

Within the Top 10 Innovative Executives, Ignacio Campoy, Joseba Sagastigorida, Jose María Baños, Marta Emerson, Pilar Souto, Francisco Javier Cuasante, Lola Bordas, and Macarena González were recognized.

Leadership in the startup ecosystem has highlighted Andrés Echecopar, Eleonor Machquae, Ermelinda Hadjari, Andrés Campoverde, Ángelica Ortega, Fernando Moroy, Claudia Danesi, Marta Huidobro, Leticia Rayas, and Erastus Mongare.

The Top 10 Communicators include Francisco Moreno, Mariló Sanchez-Fuentes, Juan Carlos Santamaría, Alex Che, Francisco Luíz Benítez, Alex Riascos, Romuald Fons, Yael Hernández, Sandra Infante, and Carmen Áviles.

In the Social Transformative Leaders category, Juan Carlos Milena, Toni Villaplana, Robert Veiga, Paco Lorente, María José Tato, Victoria Cabrera, Fabiola Pérez, Argelia García, Luis Madrid, and María Benjumea were awarded.

Recognition for the Top 10 Investor Leaders went to Tom Horsey, Luz Adell, Francisco Espinosa, Verónica Trapala, Ignacio Alonso, Guenia Gawendo, Beatriz González, Rene de Jong, and Guillermo Soto.

For social and cultural impact, Vicente Mas, Sandra García-San Juan, Narcís Rebollo, José Andrés, Bisila Bikoko, Julián Ugarte, Cristian Rivera, Doha Zamel, Iñaki Berenguer, and Pilar Jérico received awards.

Finally, the special awards for Top 10 Professional Career Leaders recognized Carlos Benedito, Davinson Mosquera, Ciro Lacomino, Cipri Quintas, Jorge Martínez-Arroyo, Stefania Cruz, Salvador Molina, Paloma Mas Pellicer, Paloma Cabello, Petra María Pérez Alonso-Geta, and the founding entrepreneurs of Selva Natura Park, Mario Andres Solano and José Solano.

The awards ceremony will take place on September 26 at the Hotel Alfonso XIII in Seville and will be attended by the awarded personalities and international authorities.
