The startups Pedra, PortalPro, and Ciudadela stand out in the third edition of the Solvia PropTECH Awards.

In the third edition of the Solvia PropTECH Awards, recently held, the most innovative projects in the Spanish real estate sector have been unveiled. This event, organized by Solvia in collaboration with Intrum and TheFringe/LABS, aims to annually recognize ideas that are transforming the industry through the use of technology and innovation.

Out of a total of 52 candidates who participated in this call, three startups took home the awards: Pedra was awarded the prize for ‘Best technology for the marketing of assets and commercial attention’; PortalPro received the recognition for ‘Best technological innovation for productivity improvement’; and Ciudadela was declared the ‘Best innovative proptech’. These awards not only highlight the work of these companies, but also provide them with the opportunity to carry out a pilot project with Solvia, allowing them to test their solutions in an extensive real estate portfolio.

The jury, composed of executives from relevant companies in the sector, evaluated factors such as the disruptive potential of technologies, the viability of business models, and their ability to integrate into the corporate environment. Special mentions were also awarded to other finalists, such as RevisionPro, Cassandra AI, Lis Data Solutions, Reva Technology, Nidus Lab, and Trivima, who also bring valuable proposals to the proptech ecosystem.

Enrique Tellado, CEO of Intrum Spain and president of Solvia, emphasized during the ceremony the relevance of technology and innovation in transforming the real estate sector towards more sustainable and efficient models. Through these initiatives, Solvia reaffirms its commitment to strengthen the proptech ecosystem in Spain.

A highlight of the day was the dialogue between Enrique Tellado and Diego Bestard, CEO of Urbanitae, where they discussed the importance of innovation in a context of technological revolution. Human talent was identified as the main differentiator in the implementation of new ideas, and the impact of current geopolitical conditions on investment decisions was also addressed.

The ceremony also included a panel discussion entitled ‘The Proptech environment, closer than ever to large companies’, where experts debated how the integration of technological solutions can redefine the efficiency of large corporations and transform their business models.

With the selection of these innovative projects, the Solvia PropTECH Awards highlight technological advancement in the real estate sector, aiming to improve the customer experience and create a more competitive environment adapted to the needs of the future market.
