The Board of Directors of BME Growth has approved the inclusion of tuTECHÔ on April 26th, after carefully evaluating the documentation submitted by the company and receiving a favorable report from the Market Coordination and Listings Committee. This is the first company to join this market in 2024 and the first social impact SOCIMI to do so.
The Board of tuTECHÔ, a social impact investment company, has set an initial price of 1.01 euros per share. This valuation puts the total value of the company at 28.6 million euros. The company’s trading code will be “YTCH”. Renta 4 Corporate will act as the company’s Registered Advisor, while Renta 4 Banco will be the Liquidity Provider.
tuTECHÔ is dedicated to addressing homelessness in Spain through sustainable business and real estate solutions that generate high social impact.
