The Telco Accessories Group (TAG) has released a new innovative USB-C hub to the market that promises to transform the way users connect and charge their devices. This product has been developed in response to the growing demand from consumers seeking efficient access to both power and multimedia content storage, such as photos and videos. Luis Miguel Manjón, TAG’s director in Spain, has highlighted the importance of this launch in a work environment where workspaces tend to be more minimalist and effective.
With the limited ports on new laptops, the LQ49091PS hub from the LINQ accessories line emerges as an effective and compact solution. By connecting to a single USB-C port, it offers users a total of nine additional connections, facilitating the integration of various devices. Among its multiple functionalities, the hub includes a port for NVME SSD drives with a capacity of up to 6TB, two SD/Micro SD UHS-2 card readers, an HDMI port that supports 4K resolution at 60Hz, a 140W charging port, two USB-A 3.2 ports, a USB-C port for data, and an Ethernet port that allows speeds of up to 2.5Gb.
Data transmission is equally impressive, with speeds reaching 40Gbps, allowing users to download large volumes of information in a matter of seconds. Manjón comments that this speed is so efficient that it is possible to download up to 15,000 photos or a movie in less time than it takes to prepare a cup of coffee. This highlights not only the device’s speed but also its usefulness in a fast-paced work environment.
In addition to its high performance, the hub’s design is also in line with current sustainability trends. Made from recycled aluminum, the device incorporates a fan that prevents overheating and ensures that all ports function optimally. This feature underscores TAG’s commitment to creating technological accessories that are both eco-friendly and long-lasting, thereby contributing to the reduction of pollution and the need for frequent electronic device replacements.
With the release of this hub, TAG reinforces its goal of offering high-quality technological accessories focused on improving both autonomy and user experience. As the Dutch multinational continues its evolution and expansion, sustainability and innovation remain its top priorities.
