This initiative arises after identifying the need to offer artists a more effective user interface that considers the diversity of skills and technological experiences present in the team. With the implementation of a conversational interface, artists can interact seamlessly with the system through their communication platform, Slack. The tool not only allows for generating texts and images, but also enables queries about data and internal tools, eliminating complications when switching platforms.
The Untold Assistant stands out for its direct integration with Slack, facilitating interaction through direct messages or mentions in public channels. Each new query is marked with a gear emoji, which then turns into a check or an X to indicate the success of the operation. Furthermore, with the support of Anthropic’s Claude 3.5 model, this assistant is capable of processing complex requests and generating contextual responses, thus optimizing efficiency in the artists’ workflow.
Customization of the assistant is another key aspect, as integration with Amazon DynamoDB allows adapting its capabilities to each user’s roles and authorization levels. This ensures strict control over data access and respects hierarchy within the company.
Since its implementation, the Untold Assistant has handled up to 120 queries per day, benefiting especially new employees, who can quickly orient themselves within the internal system. The results have been notable, with improvements in the discovery of resources, reduction in information search time, and less burden on technical support teams.
Looking towards the future, Untold Studios plans to expand the functionalities of the Untold Assistant, with projects including automatic analysis of errors in rendering jobs and continuous improvement of its knowledge base, based on usage patterns.
