Waisl presents AeroWise: Innovative Predictive Operations Center for Airports at the Passenger Terminal Expo 2025 in Madrid.

WAISL has taken a significant step in airport management with the introduction of AeroWise, its new Airport Predictive Operations Center (APOC), during the Passenger Terminal Expo 2025 taking place in Madrid. This innovative system, which is already operational at Hyderabad International Airport, combines artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to offer a comprehensive view of the airport ecosystem.

AeroWise stands out as the first fully integrated digital APOC, covering not only terminals and platforms, but also airport access points. With over 40 modules and monitoring of over 100 key performance indicators (KPIs), this solution allows airports to manage their complex operations more effectively, optimizing resources and improving overall performance.

WAISL’s proposal marks the beginning of a new era in airport management, incorporating technology such as Digital Twins, cloud computing, computer vision, and data analytics. These predictive and prescriptive capabilities facilitate anticipating potential disruptions and continuous learning in operations, allowing for constant process improvement.

Preetham Kamesh, Acting Global Business Director of WAISL Ltd., highlighted the company’s commitment to demystifying digital airport management. “Our goal is to demonstrate the true business value and return on investment that AeroWise can generate. This solution is pioneering in integrating multiple technologies to enable a complete operational digital transformation,” Kamesh stated.

AeroWise not only enhances the operational efficiency of airports, but also provides real-time information and automated daily plans, integrating with all systems to better manage demand peaks. This capability is crucial for reducing flight delays and increasing passenger satisfaction.

At the Passenger Terminal Expo 2025, WAISL also hosted roundtable discussions and informative sessions on automation and digital transformation in the airport industry. The company invited professionals and journalists from the sector to experience live demonstrations of AeroWise, exploring how this technology can redefine operational efficiency and passenger experience in the airport environment.
