This ambitious residential development is set to be located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, a location rapidly gaining recognition in both the tourism and residential sectors.
The choice of Punta Cana is deliberate. Over the last decade, the region has seen sustained growth in tourist demand, hitting 11 million visitors by 2024. This surge is supported by solid infrastructure, including an international airport with connections to over 40 cities across Europe and the Americas.
7Palms Beach Deluxe is emerging as an attractive investment option, boasting an estimated annual net profitability of 13%. It also provides the option for personal vacation use and a complete tourist rental management system. Alberto J. Bermejo, Corporate Development Director at The Avenue, comments that this initiative meets the expectations of the modern investor, who is looking for profitability, an ideal location, and simplicity in management.
The residential complex will offer 700 units, ranging from 56 sq m apartments to duplex penthouses with private terraces. The architectural design focuses on integration with the environment and high construction quality, aimed at climate comfort. Additionally, it will include concierge service to enhance residents’ experience and ensure professional rental management.
