Eurogruas, a company specializing in the sale and rental of cranes, has highlighted the transformation that Cádiz is undergoing due to new construction in the city, a topic recently emphasized by Diario de Cádiz. In particular, the ABU Tower project, carried out by the Seville-based real estate firm ABU on the site of the former tobacco warehouses, is emerging as a landmark in Andalusian residential architecture.
At a height of 75 meters and 20 stories, the ABU Tower becomes the tallest residential building in the province of Cádiz and the third tallest in the region. Its construction is progressing rapidly, especially with the installation of two large cranes, one of which reaches 97 meters. This crane stands out as the tallest used in residential construction in the capital city of Cádiz, becoming a visual element from various points around the city, such as the Carranza Bridge.
The design of the ABU Tower goes beyond its imposing architecture; at its pinnacle, a swimming pool and recreational area will be installed, offering panoramic views of Cádiz and its bay, and on clear days, even of the province. Additionally, the building will integrate spaces for businesses and commercial establishments, proposing a multifunctional approach within a single property.
The foundation of the project has faced significant technical challenges, requiring a precise concrete pouring operation that has been carefully synchronized with various machines.
