Arctic Wolf and BlackBerry Limited have completed the acquisition of Cylance’s endpoint security assets, an agreement that was formalized on December 15, 2024. With this transaction, Arctic Wolf strengthens its offering in security solutions by integrating Cylance’s advanced capabilities driven by artificial intelligence into their innovative Aurora platform.

John Giamatteo, CEO of BlackBerry, expressed his satisfaction with the successful completion of this agreement, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the relationship with Arctic Wolf, both as a customer and a reseller in government sectors, highlighting the trust placed in the acquiring company.
