Atomiun, a prominent company in the real estate sector, has announced the launch of its new residential project in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, known as Terrazas del Lubricán. This ambitious plan includes the construction of 60 homes spread across two blocks, located just 300 meters from the beach, making them an attractive option for both investors and families looking for a comfortable residence.
Sergio Martínez Herrero, a director at Atomiun, has emphasized the company’s commitment and experience in the province of Cádiz, highlighting its ability to manage real estate projects that facilitate access to housing. The initiative is being carried out in collaboration with Enerimar Gestiones SL and an investment vehicle from Urbanitae, thereby consolidating 100% ownership of the company responsible for the project’s development.
It is expected that the homes will be delivered in the first quarter of 2025. The complex will consist of two blocks of 30 apartments each, offering different configurations of one, two, and three bedrooms. One of the main attractions are the spacious terraces, as well as the option of ground floor units with gardens and penthouses with private solariums. These features have accelerated sales, which were completed in record time.
The project is financially backed by Banco Santander, while private investors, through the Urbanitae platform, have contributed a capital of 3.8 million euros. This investment was made possible through a capital expansion in the promoting company.
Martínez Herrero explains that Atomiun acts as a key link between investors interested in residential projects and landowners who prefer not to manage the developments themselves.
