EasyVista has successfully finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in OTRS Group, a renowned German provider of ITSM service management solutions. With this transaction, which includes the purchase of over 90% of OTRS shares, the French company strengthens its expansion strategy in the European market, backed by the investment group Eurazeo.
Through this acquisition, EasyVista aims to achieve sales exceeding 70 million euros by the end of this year, with an expected 50% generated outside of France. OTRS, which already reports revenues of over 12 million euros in 56 countries, maintains a significant presence in its home country, Germany, where 55% of its revenues are generated. The company serves over 850 clients, including major names such as Airbus and Porsche, and has developed solutions tailored specifically to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Since Eurazeo took majority control, EasyVista has tripled its recurring revenues and boosted its technological platform, now offering a complete catalog of IT management services, remote support, monitoring, and self-repair. Its clientele includes significant organizations such as the American Red Cross, US Foods, Goldman Sachs, Aéroports de Paris, Vinci, Unicaja, and Galp.
Patrice Barbedette, CEO of EasyVista, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration with OTRS, stating that this acquisition will not only accelerate their international growth but also enrich their service offering in the field of IT and cybersecurity. Meanwhile, André Mindermann, co-founder and CEO of OTRS Group, expressed satisfaction with the alliance with EasyVista, emphasizing that together they will be able to better address the IT demands of organizations worldwide.
