The International Furniture and Lighting Fair in València, which will take place from September 28th to October 1st, positions itself as a focal point for Habitat Inspiration, an initiative developed by Otzarreta with the aim of revitalizing the habitat sector and making visible the companies and professionals that make it up. During the event, Habitat Inspiration will have a space in the press room that will serve as a recording set, where content will be produced and interviews will be conducted with prominent figures in the field.
This meeting has established itself as the most significant showcase of the habitat industry in Spain, bringing together more than 1,200 brands, of which 25% have international origins. The fair covers a wide range of sectors, ranging from furniture and lighting to home textiles and architectural materials, being a key meeting place for designers, manufacturers, distributors, and specifiers.
With the purpose of establishing a strong network and amplifying the voices of the various actors in this value chain, Habitat Inspiration will take advantage of the validity of the fair to launch a new digital platform in the coming months. This initiative aims to offer a space for continuous collaboration, exchange of ideas, and reflection on current sector trends. Among the content that will be generated on this platform are interviews with companies, institutions, and professionals, who will share their experiences and views on the current habitat situation.
The initiative, which was born in 2022 with the support of recognized brands such as Cosentino and Actiu, plans to continue its development through face-to-face meetings, such as the one that will take place during the Bilbao Bizkaia Design Week. In addition, the creation of this digital platform will allow for constant and accessible contact between all participants in the industry.
The support of the Habitat València Fair is considered crucial in this new stage for Habitat Inspiration, providing a valuable opportunity that will facilitate the strengthening of all components of the sector.
