Inés Rodríguez, a speech therapist and influencer with cerebral palsy, joins as an ambassador for the Adecco Foundation.

Inés Rodríguez, a prominent speech therapist and digital influencer, has joined the team of ambassadors of the Adecco Foundation, in an initiative that seeks to promote the labor inclusion of people with disabilities. With over 130,000 followers on Instagram and 170,000 on TikTok, Inés has become an influential voice in the field of disability on social media.

A native of the Canary Islands, Rodriguez, 24, has demonstrated a great ability to connect with the audience through an authentic and humor-filled narrative about her daily life and the challenges she faces due to her disability. Graduated in speech therapy and with a master’s degree in Granada, Inés has worked in different cities in Spain and currently works in a day center for people with brain damage in Madrid.

Her incorporation into the Adecco Foundation, as part of the #EmploymentForAll project, aims to eliminate barriers and stereotypes towards people with disabilities. As part of the #EncountersForDiversity, Rodriguez will share her life experience with companies and other social institutions, promoting more inclusive business environments. She will also conduct sessions for management committees and specialized departments in the labor inclusion of people with disabilities.

Francisco Mesonero, general director of the Adecco Foundation, highlighted Inés’s significant contribution: “Inés Rodríguez’s voice is powerful, authentic, and inspiring, and day by day she manages to break down barriers and change perceptions through her social networks. This passion for making the reality of people with disabilities visible, and her way of transmitting it, are a great boost to the awareness work we do at the Adecco Foundation.”

Rodríguez, for her part, recognizes the progress in terms of inclusion, but also points out the barriers that still persist. “I believe that we are progressing by leaps and bounds in terms of inclusion. However, there are still mental barriers to the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities. Social networks are doing a great favor in this progress, as they allow visibility of disability from a personal perspective,” she comments.

Inés joins a group of ambassadors of the Adecco Foundation that includes prominent figures such as Pablo Pineda, Juan Manuel Montilla “El Langui,” Desirée Vila, Raquel Domínguez, Edu Carrera, David Aguilar “Hand Solo,” Maria Petit, Avi Mashiah, Carmen Giménez, Javi Martín, and Caterina Moretti, all of them references in the world of disability.

The Adecco Foundation continues to reaffirm its commitment to inclusion, leveraging the influence and testimony of people like Inés Rodríguez to transform social perception and promote a more equitable and diverse work environment.
