LINK Mobility has taken a decisive step to establish itself as a leader in the Spanish SMS market with the acquisition of the Spanish company Net Real Solutions S.L. (NRS). This acquisition reinforces LINK’s position as a reference in multichannel communication, expanding its geographic coverage in Europe and opening up new growth opportunities in Spain and Latin America, where NRS already has a strong presence.
Founded in 2001 and based in Castellón, Net Real Solutions has been a pioneer in SMS marketing, email marketing, and voice services. Throughout 2023, NRS managed the dispatch of over 2 billion SMS messages, which now join the over 17 billion messages managed by LINK Mobility.
Integration with LINK Mobility will allow Net Real Solutions (NRS) to significantly broaden its range of services and products, providing its customers with a more complete and diversified experience. This alliance not only strengthens NRS’ ability to offer advanced solutions like WhatsApp and RCS, but also leverages the experience and leadership of the main European provider of business communications. In turn, LINK Mobility strengthens its portfolio of clients and reaffirms its position as a leader in SMS delivery in Spain, with a strong presence in strategic sectors such as finance, retail, technology, and services.
