Northius joins the Opposition Training Program for People with Disabilities of the ONCE Foundation.

The specialized training group Northius, through its subsidiary Flou Oposiciones, has signed a collaboration agreement with the ONCE Foundation to expand opportunities for people with disabilities preparing for public administration exams, specifically for positions in Group A. This agreement aims to create a more accessible and inclusive educational environment, providing tools, advice, and discounts to facilitate the professionalization of these candidates.

Flou Oposiciones and the ONCE Foundation have agreed to carry out a series of actions to promote inclusion and equal opportunities. These actions include organizing informative and awareness-raising sessions for their members, as well as conducting workshops on the rights of people with disabilities and the importance of accessibility in the selection processes of public administration.

To improve access to information, a special section will be set up on the Flou and ONCE Foundation websites. This space will contain resources and guidance tailored to the needs of the candidates, allowing them to easily find relevant information for their preparation.

One of the key measures of the agreement is the implementation of discounts on registration and monthly fees for people with disabilities who wish to prepare for Group A level exams. These benefits will be especially targeted at participants in the ‘Programa de Ayudas para Promover el Acceso al Empleo Público de las Personas con Discapacidad’ (Program to Promote Access to Public Employment for People with Disabilities), managed by the ONCE Foundation.

The ONCE Foundation will provide guidance to Flou on both physical and digital accessibility, as well as collaborating on the necessary methodological adaptation to ensure equal conditions in exam preparation. The collaboration will also focus on providing support in cases of discrimination during selection processes, guiding affected students to ensure proper handling of such situations.

Additionally, students will be offered a Bank of Assistive Products (BPA), which will provide technological resources and tools necessary for their preparation, according to availability. This initiative aims to eliminate technological barriers that students with disabilities may face, providing them with equal access to the tools needed for their success.
