The technology brand realme has launched an innovative social media campaign to celebrate the release of its new device, the realme GT7 Dream Edition. This project, notable for its originality, features a marble track that pays tribute to iconic locations in Oviedo and has been filmed entirely with the brand’s own devices.
Throughout the summer months, fans will be able to follow the exciting championship through realme’s official profiles on Instagram and TikTok. The event will include two races each week, accompanied by highlights of the most thrilling moments, as well as fictional interviews with the racers, adding a special touch to the experience.
The realme GT7 Dream Edition Grand Prix presents a circuit over 20 meters long, inspired by Formula 1, with real-time animations and the thrill of podiums at the end of each competition. This first edition is distinguished by its strong local component, honoring symbols of the Asturian capital, such as the Church of Santa María del Naranco and the Campoamor Theater.
The championship, which began in July, will feature twelve races, each lasting between 1:50 and 2 minutes, culminating in a grand final scheduled for the end of August. Among the 20 participants, whose names are playful nods to Formula 1 legends, standout figures include Fernando Alfonso and Luis Jamiltón. The race commentary is provided by Jaime Mellado, known for his background in video game competitions.
The realme GT7 Dream Edition not only celebrates speed and design but is also the result of the collaboration announced in May with Aston Martin. This model combines the brand’s classic aesthetics with exceptional performance, presented in an exclusive Aston Martin Racing green. As part of this partnership, the development of two new models per year over the next three years is anticipated, promising more exciting news for technology and motorsports enthusiasts.
