Schaeffler, a company renowned for its motion technology, is gearing up to make a significant impact at the Advanced Manufacturing 2024 trade fair, taking place at IFEMA, Madrid, from November 20th to 21st. In Hall 9, booth D21, Schaeffler will have a 60m² exhibition space where it will showcase its technological innovations, reaffirming its crucial role as a partner in enhancing the efficiency and operational reliability of industrial plants.
Schaeffler’s catalog ranges from high-precision components and linear actuators to integrated solutions for industrial maintenance. These innovations are specially designed to optimize equipment performance, extend their lifespan, and minimize energy consumption, increasingly urgent needs in an era that demands sustainability and efficiency. Additionally, the company will contribute to the conference program with a talk titled “OPTIME Ecosystem: How to efficiently and sustainably increase your OEE in the long term,” presented by Juan González Yepes, an expert in lifetime solutions from Schaeffler Iberia.
In the realm of predictive maintenance, Schaeffler offers advanced solutions that go beyond traditional corrective and preventive methods, adapting to the challenges of modern industry. In a context where digital transformation is crucial, Schaeffler provides innovative technologies such as cloud environments, artificial intelligence, and wireless communications. During the fair, attendees will have the opportunity to explore advanced predictive maintenance tools and products like ECO-Adapt, which monitors electric drives and energy consumption, and OPTIME Condition Monitoring, which uses vibration and temperature analysis.
Another innovative product is PredictAdapt, which expands the monitoring service portfolio by using electrical signal analysis to assess the state of electrical components. Moreover, Power-Adapt enhances its capabilities by measuring energy, fluids, gases, and temperature consumption, providing a comprehensive view of system performance, enabling maintenance personnel to anticipate failures and plan maintenance more efficiently.
Schaeffler also excels in automation solutions, showcasing electromechanical linear actuators that convert up to 80% of input power into useful work. A standout product at the fair will be the CASM Ewellix actuator, known for its high lifting force and positioning accuracy. Additionally, the company will display Slidekits and Liftkits, ideal for expanding the range of collaborative robots and industrial robots, and Ewellix floor locking actuators, designed to secure mobile platforms.
In line with its commitment to sustainability, Schaeffler continues to invest in eco-friendly products and technologies, such as the new range of Ewellix products, focused on improving energy efficiency in industrial processes.
With its participation in Advanced Manufacturing Madrid, Schaeffler reaffirms its position as a leader in automation and maintenance solutions, demonstrating its commitment to the evolution towards a more sustainable, safe, and efficient industry.
