Esther Koplowitz honored at the 7th Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards by the Adecco Foundation and the Club of Excellence in Sustainability.

The social commitment and philanthropic dedication of Esther Koplowitz have been recognized in the seventh edition of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Awards, which are under the honorary presidency of Their Majesties the Kings of Spain. These awards, promoted by the Adecco Foundation and the Club of Excellence in Sustainability, have paid tribute to Koplowitz for her efforts to promote inclusion and support the most vulnerable people in society.

During the ceremony, which highlighted her achievements in the category of “inclusive leaders,” a trajectory marked by social and human commitment was emphasized. Through the Esther Koplowitz Foundation, the businesswoman has worked to improve the living conditions of disadvantaged groups, such as elderly people, people with disabilities, and those with mental health problems. Her support for scientific advancement and biomedical research has been crucial for developing innovative solutions to modern health challenges.

The event was attended by prominent figures such as Enrique Sánchez and Francisco Mesonero, president and general director of the Adecco Foundation respectively, as well as Juan Alfaro, secretary general of the Club of Excellence in Sustainability. Enrique Sánchez highlighted Koplowitz’s dedication and generosity, while Francisco Mesonero described her trajectory as a “legacy of solidarity” that combines empathy and strategic vision. Juan Alfaro, on the other hand, defined her as a model of humanity whose efforts have positively impacted many lives.

Upon receiving the award, Esther Koplowitz expressed her gratitude and emphasized that the recognition was not only for her, but also for all the teams that have accompanied her in her mission to create a more inclusive and humane future. In this edition, in addition to honoring the philanthropist, the awards also highlighted companies such as FCC Environment, Ocado Technology, La Casa de Carlota, Lar España, and Endesa for their commitment and contributions to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
